The Rocket is a 'hybrid' performance shortboard that features a fuller nose, added volume, and pulled in tail. Built for bursts of explosive speed, the Rocket features a medium entry rocker, fine tuned rail foil, and narrowed squash tail—striking the perfect balance between down-the-line speed and exceptional control to drive through high-velocity turns and cutbacks.Â
With the extra volume smartly distributed from nose to tail, this model caters to surfers who want the supreme combination of having more foam under the chest and front foot, whilst maintaining the same drive and response of a performance board. The Rocket can be surfed in a wide variety of waves from small-sized average conditions, to days when the swell is bigger and more powerful.
We recommend riding this board 2-3 inches shorter than your regular high-performance board.
