How do I place a surfboard order online?
To place an order, browse our range of surfboards and select the model you’re interested in. On the product page, click Start Your Order to submit an order enquiry via our order enquiry form.
In your message, let us know the board model, dimensions, colouring, fin system, and any custom options you’re considering. Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll be in touch to confirm the details, pricing, and next steps before commencing your build.
For custom dims, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your design directly with our team as part of the process.
Do I need to pay a deposit to start my order?
Yes. To start your order, we require a 50% deposit. The balance is payable once your surfboard is finished and ready for delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order details have been confirmed, we’ll send you a digital invoice via email. This invoice can be paid securely online using major credit or debit cards through our checkout system, or via bank transfer if you prefer.

Can I pre-order my board before I arrive in Bali?
Yes. If you’re travelling to Bali and would like a new board ready for your surf trip, you can place your order before you arrive. We’ll build your board in advance and deliver it directly to your villa, surf stay, or hotel once you’ve checked in.
To ensure your board is ready in time, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before your arrival.
What’s the difference between stock and custom boards?
Boards with Stock Dimensions are built to specifications that the shaper has refined over many years of designing surfboards. These boards follow their proven shapes, with pre-set dimensions and volumes, carefully dialled in for reliable, all-round performance. We can begin shaping boards with Stock Dimensions immediately after your 50% deposit is confirmed.
Boards with Custom Dims are based on the shaper's original plan shapes, with the option to fine-tune dimensions, volume, and tail shape—while staying true to the board’s original design and performance intent. Orders with Custom Dims involve additional communication with our team and require extra time to prepare a new board file before shaping begins.
Boards with Stock Dimensions and Custom Dims are both made to order—meaning your order will be built specifically for you.
How do I order a board with Custom Dims?
To order a board with Custom Dims, select Custom Order from the menu and complete the enquiry form. For custom dimensions or board design adjustments, you’ll work directly with our team to refine a board tailored to your needs. For orders with Custom Dims a $140 AUD fee applies for preparing a new custom board file.
Can I choose my own board colour and finish?
Yes. If you’d like to add colour or custom finish to your board, we offer a range of options including resin tints, cut laps, airbrush sprays, and finish choices such as matte or gloss polish.
How long will it take to build my surfboard?
The build time in Bali is approximately 3-4 weeks. Once your surfboard is complete and has passed our quality checks, we’ll arrange a dispatch for delivery.

Is there a warranty on surfboards?
Every surfboard we build is crafted to the highest quality standards and designed to perform in Indonesian wave conditions—and beyond. However, due to the nature of how surfboards are used, we do not offer a warranty for breakage, dings, or damage caused by regular use, impact, or improper care. If you believe there’s a defect in craftsmanship, please reach out to us, and we’ll assess the issue.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential damage to your surfboard, as well as any injury or illness that might occur during your trip to Bali or Indonesia.
Is there a warranty on surf hardware?
Surf hardware and accessories (fins, leashes, traction pads, board covers, surf hats, reef booties, surf accessories) come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims for surf hardware and accessories should be made directly with the brand. If you experience any issues, reach out, and we’ll assist where possible.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Where are your surfboards made?
All of our surfboards are built in our Bali factory, combining premium imported materials with expert craftsmanship.
What materials do you use in your surfboards?
We use premium-grade materials to build high-quality surfboards that offer an ideal balance of strength, flex, and durability. All materials are carefully selected to meet leading industry standards, from high-quality PU (polyurethane) and EPS (epoxy) foam blanks that provide refined responsiveness, to durable fiberglass cloth for added strength and longevity. All surfboards are glassed with industry-leading resin systems to ensure each board is built with optimal weight, durability, and performance.
How durable are your surfboards?
All of our boards are built to perform across a wide range of conditions, from your local beach break to more challenging waves in remote locations. Boards produced in our Bali factory are constructed using premium materials and proven glassing techniques to achieve a balanced combination of strength, weight, and flex.
As with all surfboards, normal wear and tear will occur over time. With proper care, our boards are designed and built to remain reliable and durable throughout their lifespan, whether surfed locally or across the globe.
How do I take care of my surfboard to extend its lifespan?
Caring for your board is key to preserving its quality, performance and longevity. Here are a few essential tips to keep your board in good condition:
- Rinse your board with fresh water after every surf to remove salt buildup and sand.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent yellowing and delamination. (If you're parking in direct sunlight, remember to take your board off your scooter racks and place it in the shade).
- Use a board cover to protect your board from dings, scratches and excessive heat.
- Repair any dings immediately to prevent water from soaking into the foam.
- Store your board in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, when not in use.
By looking after your new board, you'll ensure it lasts longer, performs at its best, and reduces the risk of failure when you need it most.
